  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
  • Wrong Product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and contact us within 24 hours without using the service

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind about the purchase
  • Data Usage: If you have already used proxy bandwidth or activated ISP proxies
  • Terms Violation: If your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Third-Party Issues: If the issue is caused by your own setup, network, or third-party services

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the unused portion of your service. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depends on:

  • The amount of bandwidth or time remaining on your plan
  • The nature of the issue you experienced
  • How long you've been using the service

5. Chargebacks

Important Notice

Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our services. We strongly encourage you to work with our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.

If you have already filed a chargeback and wish to resolve the situation, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.

6. Subscriptions

For ISP proxy subscriptions:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are given for partial billing periods unless covered by the eligibility conditions above
  • Your proxies remain active until the end of the paid period
